I have been a fan of yours since the ES days (admittedly because you were my first and only childhood crush 😅) and was sad to hear the initial news from your reel. I am glad to find out that you got some good news and was able to have a moment of relief from your super busy roller coaster ride you call life.
Ever since I saw you on Special Forces, you have inspired me to go on my own health journey, which I have been going strong since November 2025. I just want to say that your recent posts on this matter, and honestly, just your journey through life in general, has shown me how important it is to not only take care of my body for me, but for my family as well. I have scheduled some long overdue doctor’s appointments and sadly started looking into alternatives to DC (😢). Once again, you have inspired me (and potentially saved my life in the process? That would be a cool story lol).
Thank you for all that you do, all that you post, being yourself, and being the coolest damn celebrity to ever do it!
Alex! Are you kidding this is so sweet of you to say! I'll get thru this even tho it's scary - I've realized how even tho us millennials look amazing ;) we are grown all the way up now. I so appreciate you being a ride or die. That makes me feel a lot less alone in just being myself on here.
This is a relief! I suffer from anxiety since my mom’s cancer journey and being her caregiver and it is a scary scary thing!!! I have also been trying to navigate life while getting to my healthiest self!!! Prayers for you!!! Love watching you and can’t wait for updates!!! Thank you for sharing your journey with us! ♥️
I have been trying to quit diet soda for years. I started drinking with my late father when he found out he was type 2 diabetic. I wanted to support him. He passed away 13 years ago, of a heart attack. My mother passed away when I was nine from brain cancer. After all that Diet Coke still has a big hold on me! I feel though that after seeing you post about all of this, I can’t ignore the nagging feeling to quit drinking it. I just wanted to say thank you for this. I hope that you have a wonderful journey ahead, you’re an amazing human.

Also, I can totally relate to your story. When I found out I was pregnant with my daughter in 2020, a routine pap smear showed that I had some abnormal cells. My doctor said that being pregnant we couldn't act until after I had the baby. Like you I was like "K, whatever, I have HPV, there are abnormal cells, *SIGH* I'll deal with it later." Fast forward, my daughter is three and I'm getting a well woman exam. "Um, you have abnormal cells" Me: "Yep, I know." "Um, these could be cancer." Me: "What?" I ended up having to have the cells surgically removed and luckily have had a clean pap after but yeah. When you said to your husband "Um I've had this...for awhile..." I knew exactly how you felt. So effing scary! Glad you're okay. XOXO - Lizzy
